I've been finding it difficult to blog recently because I've been so busy. New year and new resolutions and all that but I'm desperate to show off my New York photos so here are some snaps of me in various tourist spots. I took hundreds of photos during my week there but unfortunately I don't have that many of myself, it's always the way when you go on holiday... Imagine if a group of bloggers went on holiday, we could take so many pictures of each other it would be perfect but alas I digress.

Alice in Wonderland statue in Central ParkAre you sick of my coat, hat and scarf because I am! It was very cold when we were there, no snow unfortunately but still the need for many layers hence my identical appearance everyday. Has the nerd in you spotted my TV situation photos? They did make me chuckle. Unfortunately we didn't find Carrie's apartment as I would have quite liked a picture sitting on the steps there. I started the week of wearing my Doc Martens but bought some Uggs at the end because they we pretty cheap compared to home (£100 instead of £170), I needed them to keep my freezing toes warm.

oh how I adore NY. Thanks for bringing back all the memories from our trip last November. So many sights!
ReplyDeleteWe were lucky and the weather was very mild but when we went years ago it was freezing! On all the photos I look like a huge fat thing as I had so many layers on.

I felt the same about my Chicago photographs and having the same coat and scarf in each. Everything underneath it was different but no one ever got to see that part! Does look like it was chilly in New York, they tend to get it a little colder then we do in Michigan. Looks like you had a fabulous time though!
